We are a building contractor based in Letterkenny with over 25 30 years of experience in the trade. We help and assist our customers from the beginning of their journey of becoming a homeowner to the finishing stage of handing over the keys to their new home.

We have vast experience in new building regulations and techniques and also have excellent knowledge in new heating systems and improving your homes BER rating.

We assist our customers right from the planning stage and advise on any of their queries regarding what’s best for their home. We build our own homes in our own estate of 16 houses in the glebe. We are now expanding to building homes for new customers as we did in previous years which can be seen in our completed projects. We will be taking off all types of building works from new homes, renovations, and extensions.

We called ourselves Kelly homes because we build homes to an incredibly high standard with high-quality subcontracts. we take a no corners cut attitude into every detail of every home we build. The quality of our finished houses is second to none.
